Description
The NYC Rent Guidelines Board adopted proposed guidelines for rent stabilized apartments, lofts and hotels on May 8, 2006. The Public Notice, available on our Schedule of Meetings page, offers a detailed explanation of the proposed guidelines, as well as procedures relating to public meetings and hearings concerning the guidelines.
The 2006 Housing Supply Report and Changes to the Rent Stabilized Housing Stock in 2005 , as well as the previously released 2006 Income and Expense Study , 2006 Price Index of Operating Costs, 2006 Income and Affordability Study and 2006 Mortgage Survey , are available in the RGB Reports section.
