Howard Weiss has been a self employed, professional sales person for for over forty years. He spent many of those years traveling to Washington D.C. with other professional sales people to get clarification from the Internal Revenue Service in defining what constitutes an Independent Contractor. He also attended hearings by the House Ways and Means Committee to help reform the way the IRS conducted hearings regarding examinations of Income Tax returns and to lobby for tax relief for small businesses. These were major challenges, all of which required extensive research and the ability to think beyond 'tomorrow', with the ultimate goal of selling these concepts to Senators and Congressmen who were in a position to sponsor bills and pass legislation.
Howard Weiss' experience as a seasoned negotiator is any homeowner's or future homeowner's best asset. His forty years of experience and reputation for being honest, sensitive and sincere has inspired him to always do more than is required for his clients each and every day.
