Huefner MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (HMS) is a proven provider of Customer Service, Work Management and Asset Management solutions, primarily to local government organisations.
Formed in 1971, the company's initial focus was to provide excellence in engineering consultancy services to the local government and private sector. In 1986 HMS introduced its first generation Asset Management System, followed in 1992 by the first version of The Customer Service System.
HMS understands that true asset management often involves multiple stakeholders and, by nature, has significant impact on intra-organisation departments including: customer service; asset services; maintenance teams and finance. Today HMS provides enterprise-wide business solutions that encapsulate the processes that involve asset infrastructure. By developing a modular suite of Customer Service, Work Management and Asset Management systems, our customers are able to choose the modules that best reflect their business needs and processes.
