- It was almost midnight on March 29th, when the bargaining committee (Barbara Morse-Silva, Bill Dydowicz, Don O'Sullivan) along with B/M Andrew Dubrovsky and lead negotiator Fletcher Fischer agreed to bring Media General's latest package proposal to the bargaining unit for a ratification vote. It was a long and hard fought battle, but in the end we feel confident that we got as much from the company as they would ever be willing to give. Judge for yourselves. The proposed contracts for the three classifications can be viewed on the Member Resouce page under Bargaining Updates. We have scheduled the ratification vote for Sunday, April 15 for 4 pm. If you have any questions on the particulars of the contracts please call the union office at 781-440-0022 or ask your stewards.
