"Taking It Personally" is the basis of IDS culture. It was decided from the out set, to achieve success everyone must take personal responsibilities in the combined delivery of our services. Interactive Domino Solutions was formed by former IBM Lotus employees. Since their time working for Lotus Development UK, the founder members worked in the London IT contracting market. In total they have 20 years of IT experience which includes some of the largest blue chip companies: city banks, insurance brokers and investment banks.
IDS was founded by Andrew Jones the Managing Director in 1999. Several close colleagues were invited to join the company based on their technical abilities and the commitment to the IDS vision.
Since 1995 Lotus Development UK and British Telecom provide the Lotus Notes Public Network. The service used Notes native RPC to access hosted databases. Unfortunately the operating costs could only be justified by large Corporations.
