INLIS is a shop-front which retrieves information from various back-end business systems at SLA and LTA. These back-end systems are shutdown during certain hours and public holidays for regular maintenance activities. In order to reduce inconvenience to the public, the maintenance activities have been scheduled during the late evenings where the transaction volume is very minimal.
