Virtual Commerce Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (VCH) had its birth in January of 1997. During the year it signed an agreement with a subsidiary company of Bursa Malaysia (previously known as the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, KLSE) for the marketing of financial information including real time stock quotes direct from the Bursa Malaysia. A subsidiary, Virtual Commerce Sdn. Bhd. (Virtual Commerce) was incorporated in 1997 for the purpose of marketing the Financial Information Services (FIS). There are at present 2 licensed Bursa Malaysia Financial Service Providers (FSP), Virtual Commerce being one of them.

Virtual Commerce’s solutions include the integration of FIS together with a platform of software and hardware. Virtual Commerce provides an end-to-end solution in terms of service customization, hardware and software supply, system integration plus maintenance contracts. Besides being a licensed FIS operator, Virtual Commerce also holds the following licenses:

Virtual Commerce initiated the developed of Investors Xchange (IX), a one stop financial portal over the Internet via www.investorsxchange.com or www.ix.com.my. Investors Xchange is the answer to provide an affordable means to the masses to view real time stock prices from Bursa Malaysia. It provides online financial information, online trading tools, communication services and educational facilities to investors. With Investors Xchange, investors can view stock prices from anywhere, at their office, at home and even from cybercafes, using only a PC Web with Internet connection or PDA with GPRS or WAP mobile phone.
