He co-founded IRCS in 1983, is an army national guard veteran, and has a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Minnesota with post-graduate work in experimental design. Roger comes to IRCS from a research and development background. He is often called upon to speak at industry conferences, seminars, and trade shows.
