Title

Iseum - Wholistic therapy for mind, body & soul.

Description

I am "sat Auset" Daughter of Isis. I hold a doctorate of wholistic therapies, am a Reiki Master, hypnotherapist, licensed massage therapist, and Spiritual Priestess of Isis. My philosophy is to treat the entire being: the body the mind, as well as the spirit. Toward this end I utilize advanced scientific machinery, and mind body sciences juxtaposed with the most time proven spiritual techniques. These have included in the past QiGong Infrasonic treatments, Rife Technology, Light/ Sound Therapies. I group together arts and sciences which are seemingly dissimilar but which flow fluidly together to for an enriching wholistic healing experience. The word tantra itself embodies this concept. It's meaning is to interweave opposites in order to expand one's consciousness. The word yoga also defines this philosophy as well. The meaning of yoga is to yoke or to unite and cause union, as its goal is likewise to integrate the polar aspects of man.

The Ancient Egyptians strongly held this belief as well. One did not go to a clergy on one side of town, a counselor on the other and a physical therapist on yet another. Therapists/ Priests in Ancient Egypt were trained with incredible levels of expertise in psychological, physiological and spiritual treatments. One simply went to one establishment for all of one's needs, ..... the Per Ankh or House of Life. The modern world is also moving into this direction. Medical science is increasingly becoming aware of the benefit of these treatments and that the human essence is inseperable into fragments. Physicians now frequently recommend massage therapy, hypnotherapy even some spiritual therapies including Reiki and meditation as adjunct treatments.

I am also qualified to perform weddings in the state of Virginia. If you desire a Wiccan Handfasting, Egyptian Temple or Tantric ceremony, feel free to inquire for further details.
