The Jewelry District - Welcome
Description
The Jewelry District Association is a volunteer neighborhood organization designed to promote the development of the District, increase property values and enhance residential living. Its Board and Committee members volunteer their time on behalf of their organizations and for the benefit of all the property owners, commercial tenants and residents. The operating funds of the association are derived from membership dues, grants and specific project contributions.
The categories and costs of membership are:
Residents/District Employees: Individuals or families living in the District, employees working in the District, or non-resident individuals who support the work of the Association.
Businesses: There are four dues classes based on number of employees for companies that do business in the District (their office/building is in the District). Those are: 3 or fewer employees, 4 to 99 employees, and 100 or more employees. In addition, business/property owners whose business or building is located in the District but who do not themselves reside in the District can join.
