Pianist Jeanne Golan will perform the world premiere of the "Piano Fantasy on Sredni Vashtar" at the Stone in New York City on Friday March 12, 2010 at 8 p.m. Tickets are $10 at the door. Ms. Golan has recorded the work on the Albany label. Conductor Lou Kosma, who leads the Vermont Philharmonic Orchestra, has just been chosen to lead a youth orchestra in New Jersey next January and Maestro Kosma has programmed my "Toccata for Orchestra, City Lights, Country Sun" on January 30, 2010.
