KasNet Online was conceived in February 1997 and brought to life in the Summer of 1997. After months of delays and stonewalling by our upstream provider, we finally came opened for business on June 2, 1997.
The idea behind the formation of KasNet was that a more reliable Internet connection could be established if growth was controlled and proper planning was implemented. We are now experiencing moderate growth with equipment already in place to accommodate another 100% growth without need to upgrade the system.
