The Kresge Foundation of Troy, Michigan, is piloting a new community arts and engagement project, in St. Louis, Baltimore and Detroit that encourages residents to use art and culture as a tool to address issues in their communities. Kresge has enlisted the Arts and Education Council, in partnership with the Greater Saint Louis Community Foundation, to administer the St. Louis program titled Kresge Arts in St. Louis. The Foundation is investing $200,000 over two years in each city.
