Noticias Aliadas is a non-profit, non-governmental organization based in Lima, Peru. We specialize in the production of information and analysis about events across Latin America and the Caribbean and have a network of correspondents based throughout the region. Last year we celebrated 40 years of producing independent, reliable and up to date information.
To produce independent and reliable information and analysis about Latin America and the Caribbean with an emphasis on the problems and situations that affect the human rights of vulnerable and marginalized sectors of the population, and distribute it among individuals, groups and forums whose work has the power to contribute to the construction of more just societies.
To demonstrate the situation facing vulnerable and marginalized sectors of the population, primarily to leaders of opinion, social and church leaders and policy makers, so that these issues are taken into account in the development of their policies.
