We reserve the right to request you fill out a credit card authorization form. Checks must include a telephone number and made payable to Light Bulbs Unlimited. Item(s) will not ship until check clears. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D.'s. Terms: NET 30 DAYS from the invoice date on all open accounts. All open accounts must be approved by our credit department. Accounts that fail to pay within the 30 day terms may be placed on hold.
Orders are shipped via UPS and shipped the same day if order is placed before 1 P.M. Eastern time and if item(s) are in stock. Overnight delivery and Saturday delivery are available. Please consult with our sales representatives for shipping rates. Backorders are not subject to additional shipping charges.
All returns must be made within thirty(30) days of shipment. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item only. Non-defective merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that there are absolutely no returns on special orders and items considered party/disco items. These party/disco are items such as, and not limited to, colored bulbs, special effects lights, blacklights, or any item(s) Light Bulbs Unlimited considers non returnable/nonrefundable. We reserve the right to refuse any returns. Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless Light Bulbs Unlimited Committed an error with shipment. All returns must be in original packaging with an RGA#, which can be obtained by calling or e mailing our customer service department.
