Community Color is a collection of directories and services for towns in the mountain west. The collection of sites is independently owned, but is dedicated to promoting local, independent web development.
At this point, the primary focus of Community Color is to provide human edited open directories for targetted towns. These directories invite people in or near the targetted towns to add their links. Web surfers can leave comments and ratings.
Listing is free. I do include a small number of clearly marked advertisers in the listings. In most cases the advertisers are simply web sites that offer affiliate programs.
