Description
Rebecca Davis formed Lives Interrupted after the death of her son Nicholas. Nick’s death was a result of excessive speed and inexperience behind the wheel. After meeting another mother, Lisa Presley, who lost her son John Presley to street racing a year earlier, it became apparent that something had to be done to stop the epidemic of teen driving deaths plaguing our state and nation.
Lives Interrupted has one mission and that is to stop the needless death of teens due to speed and reckless driving.
On August 25, 2004 Nicholas Davis aged 17 was driving late at night. He was speeding and because of his inexperience behind the wheel took a curve too fast and hit a tree. He was killed instantly.
