- C.A.P.S. was formed to bring under an umbrella organization a series of cultural and community activities that the original participants of Armenian Theatre Company felt necessary in order to enable the public to have a greater appreciation of the arts and culture in general and the theatre in particular. Public Access Television (under the name Lightwell TV), Publications (Haikazian Publications), Translations, Community Gatherings, Public Readings and Cultural and Political Debates, etc. are the means alongside theatre productions- through which c.a.p.s. contributes to the enlightenment and progress of its members and audiences.
