Description
Founded in 1950, the South Louisiana Chapter of the National Safety Council provides safety and health information, training and programs in South Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast region.
The Chapter is a non-governmental charitable organization whose financial support is derived primary from education, training, memberships and grants from private business and industry, as well as governmental agencies who recognize the value and necessity of an organization which gives citizens an opportunity to participate in all aspects of safety and health within the local community.
Exit I-10 at Clearview Pkwy. in Metairie. Take Clearview North to first left. Turn left on Utica St. (Campo Appliances, Mobile-One Audio). Go 4 blocks to 4713 Utica, ISH Building, on right. Park in front.
