My love of photography is motivated from the heart. My original passion comes from the love of capturing memories not only for myself but for my clients who want to keep their forever visual memories of friends, family, pets, special events, informal bridal affairs and more.
On-location sessions for portraits/pets/children will be held in the comfort of your home or another favorite location such as a beautiful park or lake, or even your own backyard. Having your photo session on location allows your images to be captured in a relaxing and more personal environment while allowing for natural expressions and poses. I truly believe the best imagery comes from the unpretentious expressions captured in those faces of little ones and pets.. A typical portrait session can last anywhere from 45 minutes up to 2 hours. I understand that sometimes smaller children or your loving pets have his/her own agenda when being photographed and flexibility is important. I primarily photograph my subjects in their natural elements and I know I get the best from my clients when they find comfort in their surroundings.
I typically do not shoot for package prints/albums to clients. I charge for my time and creative ability to capture the essence of your event. I also provide a proofs (sized for web) CD of images for clients to keep along with some image editing and web sized images. Following your event, images will be placed online (password protected) for you and your guests to view/download and select approximately 10-15 images for full editing (color corrections, b/w and sepia conversions, proper sizing for printing, etc) . These large format images will be included with the proof CD. I also provide a release so that my clients have the written copyright authorization, should they decide to take their images to their local retailer or online photo lab for reprinting purposes. As an option, I can provide a custom album for you. All albums are custom designed and range in price from $8 - $30 per page depending on the size, style of album, number of photos per page, and other factors. Album purchases are not required.
My project interests vary. Beauty and art can be found in any subject, animate, or inanimate.
