- nn Rogers is a black Christian designer from Zebulon, NC who has spent fifteen years designing fashions for church congregations in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts. She now resides in Riley Hill, Wendell, North Carolina with her husband, Francis Theodore, who comes from Trinidad and Tobago in the West Indies. When Miss Ann saw factories closing down due to foreign competition and women losing their only means of livelihood as a result, she decided to do something about it.
