Mission Outfitters International is a servant ministry aiding the body of Christ (churches, ministries, mission organizations and individuals) in the fulfillment of Matthew 28:16-20 (The Great Commission).
In response to Scripture , Mission Outfitters was conceived in January 2001. Shawn Ring, the founder of Mission Outfitters, had been forever changed by an experience on the short term mission field, serving in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Upon his return he committed his life to assisting churches transform the world through missions. He longed to see people of all walks of life participating in missions using their talents and skills for the Kingdom of God.
Mission Outfitters International is a not-for-profit corporation and the ministry's management team is located throughout the world. The team has extensive history in starting successful businesses and directing national and local non-profit organizations.
