Launched into business in July 2003 by Arnold Aranez in the humble suburb of Taylors Lakes Victoria, Mr.Gadget specialises in personal technology such as USB devices, flash memory cards, PC Gadgets and personal digital assistants (PDA) accessories.
What started off as a hobby, exploded into a profitable online business in a matter of months. Arnold resigned from his job as a IT Business Analyst/Project Manager with one of Australia's leading telecommunications providers to run Mr.Gadget full-time. Arnold has a Bachelors and Masters of Information Systems from the University of Melbourne and is currently serving as President of the UMISA (University of Melbourne Information Systems Alumni).
Mr.Gadget aims to provide exemplary customer service through expertise in their product range and spending time understanding customer needs. Good old fashioned excellent customer service will be Mr.Gadget's differentiator which will be demonstrated in the little things such as returning calls and emails within 12 hours and rewarding regular customers with real rewards and loyalty discounts.
