Description
MZRecords was originally formed and operated as a retail music store located in Baku, Azerbaijan. Unfortunately due a major earthquake, which occurred in 2001, the building housing the store was damaged beyond repair and the physical MZRecords ceased operations.
Originally from Baku, and a brother to the two men who owned and operated MZRecords, I decided to create a web site radio station where I could continue listening to music from my native country. I also wanted a web radio available to other people who either live in Azerbaijan or who have moved away and miss music from their homeland like I miss it.
For the same reason we have operated as a publishing company releasing musical, cinematographic, and written works for various artists from Azerbaijan. We publish in Azerbaijan, and the rest of the world. Our goal is to keep sharing are culture with everyone to enlighten and enrich lives across the globe.
