James McNaughton

James, a Pioneer Valley native, founded Adventure In Adventure Out in 1995. He is a graduate of Greenfield Community College's Outdoor Leadership Program and continues his naturalist studies through workshops with Paul Rezendes and a three year naturalist training program with The Wilderness Awareness School in Washington state. James wrote a newspaper column called the Great Outdoors for two and a half years, then founded his own newspaper called The Outsider. He wrote a hiking and canoeing guide for The Chicopee River Watershed Council. He is a member of his local open space committee, a certified First Responder and lifeguard.

Frank Grindrod

is the founder of Earthwork programs which is dedicated to teaching people earth skills such as nature awareness, tracking, wilderness living skills, and earth philosophy. He is a graduate of Greenfield Community College's Outdoor Leadership Program. He is currently working as a lead facilitator and mentor for camps, museums, conferences, schools and environmental education centers throughout New England. He continues his education through studies with Tom Brown, Jon Young, Paul Rezendes and others. Frank is a certified First Responder.

Jason Kaiser

Jason is the founder of Acorn Outdoor Images, an organization dedicated to capturing the beauty of the natural world on film. He sells images from his personal portfolio at many art shows throughout New England. Jason is also an educator for the Springfield Science Museum, a certified Wilderness First Responder, a graduate of Greenfield Community College's Outdoor Leadership Program and has hiked to the summit of the 48 peaks over 4000 ft. in New Hampshire.
