- GIG return policy is as follows: if an item is defective, you must call us for an RA# or instructions on where to return product for repair. Manufacturers have ultimate discretion on repair or replacement of product. Sales receipt should be held on to and a copy may be neccesary for repairs. Please read warrenty cards for repair instructions: As a rule GIG does not accept returns on product We know that these items are used to make money and conflicts with our rental division. In very few instances we will accept a return, a call to our store and a discussion with our owner will be the only way to decide on a return. Should we accept a return there is a 25% restocking fee and item must be returned as new condition. Item cannot be racked and have rack mount impressions. If an item is missing a part or a piece, please contact the manufacturer.
