The company's Mission Statement glows with words like "second to none","committed to maintaining the highest standards in all of it's interactions with customers", we will exceed our customers expectations each and every time" and "will always act fairly". I have found this to be far from reality. To make a long story short, all the emails in my Mailbox were deleted without consultation or my approval. After complaining to the President and asking for everything to be replaced he said that just because they back up everything each day doesn't mean they will replace individual customers information. It was gone and that's the way it is. I also asked for the restitution of my Spambox and was refused. They advertise Free Junk Mail Filtering but removed it and offered it back for an additional fee. When I pointed out the inequities involved I was ignored.
