I started my first web site in February of 1995. That was about twenty years ago, well sometimes it seems like it anyway. :>) Luckily for me, there were several people around who were willing to teach me a little and point me in directions so I could learn more on my own. What a neat idea...people who like to help other people. (It's not the norm out there these days, is it?)
So after showing my proud accomplishments to a couple of friends, I actually got requests to help them with their web projects.
I ran across a copy of that first HTML document a few months ago. What an abomination! Any HTML validation program would freeze from internal laughter. Thank goodness there are better ways!
