Nixzmary Brown was a 7 year old murder victim from New York City. On January 11th. 2006, she was murdered by her stepfather, Cesar Rodriguez, for taking a strawberry Jello Pudding snack from her family's fridge and over a broken computer printer. I attended her step-father's 3 month murder trial, her mother's pre-trials and 5 week murder trial, all on a DAILY basis. I was a witness to the testimony of Nixzmary Brown's torture death.
