- Who we are
- North Jersey Media Group Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing charitable funding and services to make a significant difference in the lives of North Jersey residents. It is the charitable arm of North Jersey Media Group. North Jersey Media Group is best known for its flagship daily newspapers, The Record (Bergen County, NJ) and Herald News (Passaic County, NJ). North Jersey Media Group also publishes 42 community newspapers (including The Montclair Times and The Ridgewood News) in Bergen, Passaic, Morris, and Essex counties under the umbrella of The Community Newspapers and Magazines division. In early 2005, North Jersey Media Group acquired certain assets of Downtown Magazine Group, publisher of 12 magazine titles: Downtown Princeton, Downtown Somerset, Downtown Montclair, Downtown Millburn/Short Hills, Downtown Westfield, Downtown Summit, Downtown Wayne, Downtown Englewood, Pascack Valley, Downtown Ridgewood, Downtown Paramus and Downtown Morristown.
