We have become aware of a fax which has been sent out by Strategic Capital or Green Strategic Capital touting the stock of Novori. Please be advised that Novori Inc. has not authorized this fax or any fax campaign. Further, we do not work with, or have any knowledge of Strategic Capital or Green Strategic Capital and our attempts to locate or contact them has so far been futile. We have also contacted the FCC and are doing all we can to identify the sender of the fax and to have them stopped.

Novori regularly communicates with shareholders through filings with the SEC and through news releases which are distributed through accredited media channels. We understand the frustration of receiving these unsolicited faxes and are doing everything in our power to have them stopped.

Novori Inc.

Sends unsolicited fax advertisements

My company received an unsolicited fax from a company calling itself "Green Horseshoe Inc.," which claimed in the fine print that it was being paid $70,000 to advertise Novori's stock offering. Commissioning a company to send out a fax like this is not only unprofessional, but also illegal under the Junk Fax Prevention Act of 2005.
