I just did the whole setup-a-new-Mac dance and thought I'd crash a faux-installment of The Setup to share my notes. My current machine is a 15" MacBookPro with 4GB RAM purchased two weeks ago. Overall a fast, shiny new machine. Which, coincidently, is my biggest complaint. The glossy screen is sooo reflexive that it is often like staring at myself in a mirror. (
