Orders placed for UPS Ground delivery will ship within 2-5 business days (allow up to 7 days in transit, after shipping). Orders for items that are not in stock or are on backorder will be notified in a timely manner of the delay. If UPS 3-Day Express is chosen, the order will ship either the same day, or the next business day. Orders requiring overnight delivery must be arranged by calling 1-877-884-2402, selection for overnight delivery option is limited to stock on hand (Seattle warehouse). We're currently unable to offer shipment to outside of the contiguous 48 states. If you need to make special shipping arrangements, please e-mail or call us.
In the event that your shipment arrives with damage due to shipping, you must contact the shipping company or 1-World customer service within 14 days of delivery. We can arrange to have a replacement item shipped at that time.
Due to the large size of our products, and the extreme expenses involved with international transport, we are currently not offering International Shipping. We offer to ship within the contiguous 48 states.
