We believe that parks are part of the very fabric of a community's quality of life with benefits that touch people in so many different ways. The benefits are for the individual - personal and good for one's soul; the benefits are for the community, fostering positive interactions between citizens; the benefits are environmental because parks are places of green space and all things natural, integral to the healthy lives of citizens; and the benefits are economic because communities with quality parks are deemed attractive for businesses and their employees, as well as serving to attract visitors from outside the community.
We believe in the timelessness of parks. Parks are a legacy which has been handed to the current generation who will hopefully maintain and care for it to then hand it to the next generation, and so on. We therefore believe strongly in caring for the physical features of these facilities and the lands upon which they sit.
And through all this, we believe that parks define the word fun! We are committed to offering an exciting and ever changing array of programs, services and facilities to our community and guests. We believe strongly in customer service and strive to make everyone's experience in their parks exceptional and positive.
