One of our specialties is the Panasonic KX-TGA400b cordless handsets for the KX-TG4000b system. We designed a new improved rubber keypad replacement to eliminate the common button problems this model has. We also improve the RF module to drastically eliminate poor connections and choppy transmit signal.
We are constantly working on new ways to permanently repair those common re-occurring problems certain model phones have. The Toshiba DKT2000 series phones have a terrible problem with the hook switch. Virtually every single one starts to disconnect calls then completely prevents you from being able to use the handset! (kind of important!!) All other repair facilities swap out the switch and the problem just returns in a year or two. We found a way to improve the circuitry to boost the hook switch performance as well as install an improved switch in every phone. We are so positive our repair will last we offer a lifetime warranty on every Toshiba DKT2000 series phone we repair or sell.
