If we are to believe CBS News then Rick Salomon is suing Larry Flynt’s company LFP Broadcasting because they are showing “1 Night in Paris” via hotel room pay-per-view channels.

Obviously Rick owns the rights to distribute the video and it looks like Flynt’s company hasn’t got permission to show it via pay-per-view.

Rick is looking for at least $5 million in damages. I imagine he’ll end up settling for a take of the profits which probably will end up being worth more in the long term.
