I'd found sateliite cakes in a magazine and I went all over town to see if I could find someone who would be able to duplicate them. Patisserie C was the last place I went to and I immediately felt at ease.
DELICIOUS IN DOWNTOWN: A delightful new pastry shop opened in mid-May in Plaza Escalante just east of Downtown. Patisserie C makes colorful cakes for birthdays, graduations and baby showers, and decorates them with whimiscal chocolate plaques, edible drawings and buttercream designs.
"Never judge a book by its cover, right? Wrong, at least in the case of Patisserie C a new bakery where the goodies are exactly as tasty as they look.
