Home renovations can be a complex task involving the management of a variety of builders, trades and services. Getting quotes and selecting the most suitable for the job can be a significant project in itself and will have a major impact on the final result.
When the project is underway the job of co-ordinating and scheduling work, checking progress and ensuring compliance with the original plans can often prove too much for people with many other demands on their time.
PBD is totally independent and works for the home owner to co-ordinate all or part of the project. Our service can extend from design, if required, through to completion.
We handle projects of all sizes, from those requiring a minimum of tradespeople and services up to full internal or external renovations. We can assist in co-ordinating and overseeing owner/builder projects or with the viability of renovating properties.
