....dead? Are the servers gone? Main page, any page hosted by them, all gone. Shouldn't they have given some warning to customers they were going under???

Nobody's home . . . Gary (tech guy), what happened? OK, How do I get my web site and mail back??

Maybe need to call enom.com at 14252744500 option 2 to get your EPP transfer key for the new host.

i got into my mail by typing mail.pcmagic and an older page popping up. filled with junkmail.

19 January 2008: Hi, all, I'm another confused PCMagic customer! Been with them since 1998, but in the last year have noticed erratic service with news server ... and website ... and e-mail. They were gone for a couple of weeks back around Sept/Oct, but seemed to come back. I'd been able to access e-mail, but the website was gone. Now e-mail is gone, too. First could not send anymore, now can't receive. Calls to PCM have gone unanswered for months. Anyone know what happened? Contact me: nasw (at) rocketmail (dot) com.

24 January 2008: Well? Anything? Anybody? Come on, folks, I can't be the only one here still wondering what's up... Give some input.

24 January 2008: I'm a long time subscriber and the email is working but I can not get on the webserver. Gary has not responded to any type of support call or question for years.

I just waiting for the email to die off, and make sure I've notified senders of my changes. I've already got new email and other servers set up and it is suprising how much junk email I still get on the pcmagic.net domain.

1 January 2009: I have been fighting with Wells Fargo Bank to try to get my money back. I paid $99.00 back in Feb. 2006 for my annual service contract with PC Magic. In September I received a letter saying they had not received my payment and they needed to be paid right away. So, I sent them another check. A couuple of weeks later, my service started having problems, so I tried to contact their service number but answering machine was full. Soon after that the website disappeared and my service stopped altogether. Now, in November 2008 the two checks show up in my account - 2-1/2 years later! Someone had altered the date and cashed them. There was no signature on the back. So far it doesn't seem to be a problem for Wells Fargo. Does anyone know where I can go to report this and maybe get my money back?
