Mr. Heck is a high school social studies teacher and he loves his job. He is a vocal anti-evolutionist although he admits to no formal education or training in biology. In his show, stinging diatribes are toward the supposed beliefs of a diverse group of peoples including women, gays, Hindus, Muslims, and atheists. Peter's endeavor to communicate non-Christian, non-white, and non-male worldviews is markedly limited by his own misunderstanding of them.
