At "Prime Only Steak & Seafood" we strive for only the highest standards possible, from our midwestern grain-fed beef, milk-fed veal chop, to our fresh seafood. Our meats and seafood are cut fresh daily, and all menu items are made from scratch using only the finest and freshest ingredients available.
Our meats, seafood, and veal are cooked on a high temperature overhead heat grill at 1800 degrees Fahrenheit to seal in the juices and flavor. For a final touch, our steaks are served on hot plates sprinkled with a butter sauce, parsley, and your choice of fresh crushed garlic to naturally enhance the flavor.
We buy only the best beef available on the market at the time. Our beef selection can range from Sterling Silver Beef, Prime Cuts or Certified Angus Cuts. We feel these three choices will always give our customers exactly what they are looking for. Our high-temperature broilers cook faster to sear and lock in the juices, providing the most tender meats possible. Each day we freshly prepare our meat to make sure it is aged properly. It is hand cut and trimmed to remove anything that could take away from providing only the most tender products possible! Our beef is seasoned with salt and pepper. Salt draws the juices up and they are immediately sealed by the broiler to keep them from escaping, locking in the flavor.
