On January 16, 2008 PrimeWest Energy and the Abu Dhabi National Energy Company known as TAQA successfully completed their plan of arrangement. The new entity going forward will be known as “TAQA North Ltd.” As a result of the acquisition all traded securities of PrimeWest have been de-listed from the Toronto and New York Stock Exchanges. TAQA North Ltd. is a privately run company and is not publicly traded.
