PRISMIQ was founded in 2001 to deliver a family of networking products that let people take full advantage of the latest technology for both work and entertainment in their homes. While businesses and colleges have been exploiting networks for more than a decade, consumers have only recently begun to utilize this technology, and most of those who have home networks only use it for sharing a high speed Internet connection. We think that today's networks can do a lot more than that.
Our first product was the Media Player, which set the standard for networked digital media adapters. We are expanding the product family to include other equipment that provides the rest of the network.
