Zhuhai Property-Bid Centre, established in 1997 upon the approval of Zhuhai Municipal People's government, is an independent legal entity responsible for regional enterprise property rights exchange in Zhuhai. It was conferred as the regional property rights exchange centre by Guangdong Provincial People's Government in September, 2003, emphasizing on promoting the construction of property rights exchange in Jiangmen, Zhongshan, Yangjiagng, Zhanjiang and Maoming. It shoulders the main functions of promoting capital circulation, serving as an open, fair and just exchange platform for exchange of diverse property rights (assets) and providing all-round standardized service for enterprise renovation, mergence and acquisition, assets activating and market allocation of governmental public resources.

Providing the bourse for exchange of entire or partial property rights of varieties of enterprises home and abroad; transacting registration, credit auditing, exchange organization and capital supervision; questing for buyers or sellers for clients as an agent; intermediate services as assisting property rights exchange negotiation and property rights handover; presenting the certificate of property rights exchange to parties as the legal evidence of assets transfer between the parties and necessary document to be submitted authorities in charge for registration of change of property rights.
