To make a positive difference in the lives of youth and education of the general public about the contributions and associations the sea services have had in San Diego. Through a museum, training programs and archived information we will:
Provide valuable training and mentoring programs for our youth that were lost with the closure of Recruit Training Command San Diego and Naval Training Center San Diego.
Provide the citizens and tourist of San Diego County someplace where they can learn or reminisce about the history of the sea services in San Diego and
