The experience for the past 31 years in the world of finance has given the advantage to the borrower, both in the way of lower mortgage interest rates and more diversified mortgage company loan programs. Since entering the mortgage industry in the beginning of 1986, where most of the mortgages that our company did were the more difficult sub prime loans, we have branched out to generalize in all home mortgages including Prime Lending and Sub Prime lending.
