About me
Thanks for visiting my Internet site. My name is Hans Verschoor and I have been collecting coins for almost 40 years. I started at the age of 7 when I received my first pre World War II coins from my grandfather. All of a sudden I realised that there was a time before the time I was born and that there were more countries than just the Netherlands.
Coins can tell you a story about the cultures of other countries with their habits and religion. Look at all the different symbols and different dates. See how countries changed from kingdoms into republics and sometimes from republics into kingdoms, like the Netherlands. Coins are the perfect time evidence of a country.
The basis of my stock is my own foreign coin collection, which I’m currently selling at fixed prices. This site provides a stock list sorted by country. I have graded the coins conservatively so that satisfaction is guaranteed.
