My first rosebush was a Zone 4 shrub rose purchased at the farmers market in St. Paul, MN, and I haven't looked back since. I've been an avid if not always successful rose gardener on 3 continents.
I'm currently living in New Zealand, where I have a lot of time on my hands but not, unfortunately, a garden. Luckily I've discovered an online community of gardeners as keen as myself, and a HTML template site, so I keep myself out of trouble.
