RS innovative was founded by Ricky Spears, a freelance web designer in Thomasville, North Carolina. He designed his first web site in the spring of 1998. At the time he was doing a lot of public speaking and studying on the topic of Ancient Hebrew Astronomy. There wasn't a lot of web sites with real good information on the topic, so he decided to create one his self. Shortly thereafter, he designed a personal web site so that he and his wife could share pictures with their friends and family that they didn't get to see very often. By this time, Ricky was totally hooked on web site design. This was followed by a very successful web site for the Binocular Astronomy community.
