Savvy Sheitels is a family-run business. It is the brainchild of Shira Savvy. Shira’s husband, Mordechai, produces the Web site and the photos.
The models are family, friends, and neighbors. Shira says, “You don’t have to be a professional model to look good in a Savvy Sheitel.”
They started small and are planning to offer more sheitel styles and expand into snius (modest) apparel as the business grows.
